Terms Of Booking
ART CLUB FOR CHILDREN (6-12YRS) & FOUNDATIONS (13-15YRS) - After school clubs and holiday workshops
Please ensure you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions before booking your club or workshop. By attending a club or workshop you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted them.
All clubs/workshops must be paid for online and in advance, direct to Fresh Art Club.
After School and Saturday Clubs are only bookable as a complete term.
Parents/carers must complete the online registration form for each child prior to the club/workshop.
You can request a cancellation refund if you give 14 days’ notice prior to the start of the club or workshop. If you need to withdraw your child from a term you have paid for, we can issue a pro rata refund only if we can re-sell the place. Any refunds will be made once the cancelled place has been filled.
Any changes you wish to make (such as changing the day your child attends) can only be requested with 72 hours’ notice and if Fresh Art Club can accommodate the change(s).
Any sessions cancelled due to the fault of Fresh Art Club will be refunded.
Children should wear appropriate clothing. Things can get messy so old clothes should be worn.
Nut-free snacks and water in a named bottle can be brought to all the clubs and workshops.
Children must be collected by their named adult at the end of the club or workshop. Please check the times and be punctual.
If the named adult cannot pick up, the named adult must let Fresh Art Club know who will be picking up their child. This is a safeguarding issue and no child will be allowed to leave with someone not authorised to collect them.
In the event of a lockdown all sessions will go ONLINE until it is safe to resume face to face. There will be no refunds issued.
Please see our separate COVID-19 guidelines and make sure that your child understands the importance of the hygiene routines.
LITTLE FRESH (18MTHS - 4YRS)
Please ensure you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions before booking your session/s. By attending a session you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted them.

FRESH Art Club is committed to the safety of all persons who attend our sessions and to deliver the highest standard of service. Participating in a Little FRESH session is entirely at your own risk without any proven negligence, breach of duty of care or lack of due diligence by FRESH Art Club.
FRESH CREATIVE NIGHTS OUT (18YRS+)
Please ensure you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions before booking your workshop. By attending a workshop you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted them.
DURING COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS:
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY BOOKING IF THERE IS ANOTHER LOCKDOWN?
If the government enforces another lockdown then we will issue all attendees a full refund.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM ILL WITH SUSPECTED OR DIAGNOSED COVID-19 OR ANY OTHER NOTIFIABLE ILLNESS BEFORE A WORKSHOP TAKES PLACE?
If we are given 8 or more days’ notice, we will offer you a refund or option to reschedule.
If we are given 7 or fewer days’ notice, we are unable to offer you a refund or reschedule as this is not enough time to resell your place. We do however allow you to send any SYMPTOM-FREE friend or family member of your choice to the workshop in your place.
CONTRACT OF SALE
Completion of the booking process and acceptance of our terms and conditions forms your contract with FRESH Creative Nights Out.
All clubs/workshops must be made direct to Fresh Art Club. Payment of fees must be in advance and should be made online at the time of placing a booking. It is not possible to attend a workshop unless payment has been received.
NORMAL CANCELLATION POLICY
(outside of COVID restrictions)
Cancellations must be advised by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
We can only provide a refund (minus a 10% admin fee) for cancellations made more than 14 days before the start date. For cancellations not advised within 14 days of the workshop date, if you find a replacement who can book your place on the workshop, we will make a full refund of your fee.
It is assumed that all attendees agree to our terms and conditions upon booking or attending a workshop (including adhering to all Covid-19 measures in place).
If a workshop is cancelled by FRESH, you will be offered a refund or the option to reschedule to a future workshop.
A substitute delegate may be named at any time before the workshop at no additional cost.
It is at the tutor's discretion not to accept a late arrival to a workshop if it is potentially disruptive or detrimental to fellow attendees. This will be treated as a late cancellation, and no refund or reschedule to a future workshop is permissible in this case.
Non-arrival at a workshop will be treated as a late cancellation and you will not be entitled to a refund or reschedule to a future workshop.
Our CNO (Creative Nights Out) workshops are for adults, however we may allow older under-18s at our discretion. Please do not book places for under-18s without contacting us first to discuss.
The venues we use may have an age restriction. Please contact us to check. All under-18s attending a CNO event must be accompanied by an adult.
FRESH Creative Nights Out reserves the right to refuse entry to any attendees under the age of 18 or those without proof of age identification.
Requests to transfer to an alternative workshop must be made by email to email@example.com
Transfers may be made up to 14 days before the workshop and will incur no additional fee. However, transfers are subject to availability and we have no obligation to ensure suitable alternatives are available.
A booking can only be transferred on one occasion. Requests for subsequent transfers will be treated as cancellations.
We reserve the right to change the timing, date or instructor of the course in order to provide a high-quality experience or where it is necessary for reasons beyond our control.
FRESH Creative Nights Out reserves the right to cancel a workshop up to and including the date of the workshop if insufficient bookings have been received and we will endeavour to give as much notice of this as possible.
Individuals booked onto a cancelled workshop will be given the option of a full refund or of rescheduling to a future workshop if available. FRESH Creative Nights Out will not be liable for any losses or expenses arising from amendments to a workshop or cancellations.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
FRESH Creative Nights Out takes a diligent approach to health and safety for the sake of all staff and attendees. Attendees agree to abide by any Health & Safety instructions advised by tutors and CNO staff. Failure to observe such instructions may result in an attendee being asked to leave the session without recompense for any missed portion of the session.
Similarly, any behaviour or language deemed by the tutor or CNO staff to be offensive, abusive or unacceptable will result in the attendee being asked to leave the session without recompense for any missed portion of the session.
By purchasing a workshop you give FRESH Creative Nights Out permission to process your personal data (as defined in the Data Protection Act 2018 and General Data Protection Regulation 2018) for the purposes of administration of FRESH Creative Nights Out workshops. Data will be stored securely, treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to external organisations. The data will be used, unless you tell us otherwise, for statistical and course quality monitoring processes and will be retained by FRESH Creative Nights Out for a period of 42 months, unless you have opted to receive ongoing business and marketing information from FRESH Creative Nights Out. MANAGING YOUR DATA
You have the right to access certain personal data that we hold about you. If you wish to request your data to be removed from our database, please contact email@example.com.
Every email concerning future clubs or workshops will contain an 'unsubscribe' link in the footer. If you click this link, you will automatically be removed from the database.
