Terms Of Booking
FRESH ART CLUB FOR CHILDREN (6-15YRS) term time clubs, holiday workshops and camps

Please ensure you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions before booking your club, workshop or camp. By attending a club, workshop or camp you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted them.

ALL ALLERGIES MUST BE STATED IN THE BOOKING FORM

If your child requires an EPI pen or inhaler/s they must accompany your child in a named bag and handed over to FRESH Art Club Manager Anna at drop off. Failure to do so will result in them not being allowed to participate.

Children must be 6 years old to attend the term time clubs, holiday workshops and camps.
​
All clubs, workshops and camps must be paid for online and in advance, direct to Fresh Art Club.
​
After School and Saturday Clubs are only bookable as a complete term.
​
Parents/carers must complete the online registration form for each child prior to the club, workshop or camp.
​
You can request a cancellation refund if you give 14 days’ notice prior to the start of the club, workshop or camp.
If you need to withdraw your child from a term time club you have paid for, we can issue a pro rata refund only if we can re-sell the place.
Any refunds will be made once the cancelled place has been filled.

Any changes you wish to make (such as changing the day your child attends) can only be requested with 72 hours’ notice and if Fresh Art Club can accommodate the change(s).

FRESH Art Club reserves the right to cancel any clubs, workshops or camps at any given time. Any sessions cancelled due to the fault of Fresh Art Club will be refunded in full within 3-5 working days.

Children should wear appropriate clothing. Things can get messy so old clothes should be worn.
​
Water in a named bottle can be brought to all the clubs, workshops and camps. Nut-free food can be brought to holiday camps and workshops.
​
Children must be collected by their named adult at the end of the club, workshop or camp. Please check the times and be punctual. If for any reason you are unable to collect on time, we ask that you call FRESH Art Club Manager Anna as soon as possible 07732 078 303, this may result in a late fee of £6.

If the named adult cannot pick up from a club, workshop or camp, the named adult must let Fresh Art Club know who will be picking up their child. This is a safeguarding issue and no child will be allowed to leave with someone not authorised to collect them.

CREATIVE NIGHTS OUT 18+

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM ILL AND CANNOT COME TO A WORKSHOP?
No refunds. We allow you to send a friend or family member of your choice to the workshop in your place, or transfer to a future workshop. Transfers are subject to availability and we have no obligation to ensure suitable alternatives are available. ​
CANCELLATION/ REFUND
Cancellations must be advised by email to hello@freshartclub.co.uk We can only provide a refund for cancellations made more than 14 days before the start date. For cancellations not advised within 14 days of the workshop date- if you find a replacement who can book your place on the workshop, we will make a full refund of your fee. If a workshop is cancelled by FRESH Art Club, you will be offered a refund or the option to reschedule to a future workshop. FRESH Art Club reserves the right to cancel a workshop up to and including the date of the workshop if insufficient bookings have been received and we will endeavour to give as much notice of this as possible. ​
DELEGATE SUBSTITUTION
A substitute delegate may be named at any time before the workshop at no additional cost. Please email details to hello@freshartclub.co.uk ​
LATE ARRIVALS
It is at the tutor's discretion not to accept a late arrival to a workshop if it is potentially disruptive or detrimental to fellow attendees. This will be treated as a late cancellation, and no refund or reschedule to a future workshop is permissible in this case.
MISSED WORKSHOPS
Non-arrival at a workshop will be treated as a late cancellation and you will not be entitled to a refund or reschedule to a future workshop.
AGE RESTRICTION ​
These sessions/ workshops are for adults, however we may allow older under-18s at our discretion. Please do not book places for under-18s without contacting us first to discuss. Please email hello@freshartclub.co.uk
TRANSFERS
Requests to transfer to an alternative workshop must be made by email to hello@freshartclub.co.uk Transfers may be made up to 14 days before the workshop and will incur no additional fee. However, transfers are subject to availability and we have no obligation to ensure suitable alternatives are available. A booking can only be transferred on one occasion. Requests for subsequent transfers will be treated as cancellations.
