Can we try a session before signing up for the term?

Yes, we offer one-off trial sessions, bookable here. If you're new to Fresh, it's the perfect opportunity to try us out before committing to a whole term. We do not set specific dates for these sessions as the projects we do usually take 2 or 3 sessions and can change due to the children’s input and ideas. We try to offer your child a taster when a single session project is scheduled, or they can start a project at the beginning, so they get a really good feel for what we do. Please send us a message at hello@freshartclub.co.uk once you have paid for the session, and we’ll get straight back to you to arrange a date.

COVID-19

What are you doing to make Fresh Art Club Covid-safe?

Please see our full explanation of our Covid-19 measures. This is what we do to keep children and staff safe in our sessions:

  • All workspaces will be cleaned before the session and hygiene will be maintained during the session.
  • Automated hand gel pumps will be stationed at the entrance for the children to use as they arrive and leave.
  • Every child will have their temperature taken with a non-contact thermometer before they come in. If their temperature is above 37.7 °C they will not be able to attend their session.
  • After each session the tables, chairs and materials will all be wiped cleaned with a safe antibacterial product and disposable cloths.
  • Children should only bring a named water bottle and coat to their session.
  • Children will be expected to come into and leave class one at a time.
  • To avoid crowding and to maintain social distancing parents will not be permitted to enter the room with their child. Children will be admitted one at a time. When collecting you should wait outside at a safe distance from other parents until your child is brought to you.
  • Every child will have their own large table with chair at a two-metre distance from other tables and their own set of materials to use during the session.
  • They will not leave their table during the session unless they need to go to the toilet, need first-aid or become unwell.
  • We will have our own toilets which will be cleaned before and after each session.
  • In the event of a lockdown or if any children or a member of their families develop COVID-19 symptoms and test positive, please let us know immediately. We will then inform the rest of their group and families to self-isolate for 14 days and their sessions will stop for 14 days. The sessions will go ONLINE until it is safe to resume face to face.
