What are you doing to make Fresh Art Club Covid-safe?

Please see our full explanation of our Covid-19 measures. This is what we do to keep children and staff safe in our sessions:

  • All workspaces will be cleaned before the session and hygiene will be maintained during the session.
  • Automated hand gel pumps will be stationed at the entrance for the children to use as they arrive and leave.
  • After each session the tables, chairs and materials will all be wiped cleaned with a safe antibacterial product and disposable cloths.
  • Children will be expected to come into and leave class one at a time.
  • To avoid crowding and to maintain social distancing parents will not be permitted to enter the room with their child. Children will be admitted one at a time. When collecting you should wait outside at a safe distance from other parents until your child is brought to you.
  • Every child will have their own large table with chair at a two-metre distance from other tables and their own set of materials to use during the session.
  • We will have our own toilets which will be cleaned before and after each session.
  • In the event of a lockdown all clubs will continue ONLINE until it is safe to resume face to face.

How are you making FRESH Creative Nights Out Covid-safe?

  • Tables will be 2m apart and we’ve capped the number of people in the workshop at 10 for the moment.
  • Masks are optional but encouraged throughout the duration of the workshop.
  • Upon entry you will be required to sanitize your hands and sanitizer will also be provided inside for use as and when needed.
  • For the moment we will not be providing food or drink, but please feel free to bring your own food and drink in your own containers.
  • Tables and materials are sanitised before the workshop.
  • For the purposes of NHS Test & Trace, OPEN Ealing Arts Centre will display an official NHS QR code poster so that you can optionally ‘check in’.
