Morning Art Camp

TIMETABLE - Pick your day!

All children will rotate through the 3 activities on offer each day.

DAY 1 - 8th April

Art with Anna -  Run by FRESH Art Club Founder Anna Bhowmick

Botjoy Robots on a Domino - In this workshop your child will design and then draw their own pocket sized robots on domino pieces to spread, courage, love and gratitude. Your child can carry theirs around in their pocket, give to someone they know or leave somewhere for a stranger to find.

Yoga with Hazel - Run by Yoga Hazel Founder Hazel Gomez

Fun yoga sessions to encourage childrens creativity, including breathwork, asanas and postures as well as mindfulness activities and relaxation.

Screen Printing with Mai -  Run by YAY London Founder Maite Storni

In this workshop your child will learn about the process of screen printing. The children will make simple paper stencils of the design they want and will print it onto paper. Once printed they can work back into  their piece with various art materials.

MORNING: 9:30am -12:30pm (2 workshops)

LUNCH: 12:30pm-1:30pm

All age groups.

AFTERNOON: 1:30pm-3:30pm (1 workshop)

DAY 2 - 9th April

Art with Anna -  Run by FRESH Art Club Founder Anna Bhowmick

Fruit Art inspired by Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama. In this workshop your child will choose and create their piece of fruit/s in her signature style, then place it on an abstract printed background.

Mini Basket Weaving with Tabara - Run by La Basketry Founder Tabara N’Diaye

In this workshop your child will learn the traditional Senegalese technique of coiling and create a vibrant and beautiful mini basket using cotton rope and rolls of coloured twine.

DAY 3 - 10th April

Art with Anna -  Run by FRESH Art Club Founder Anna Bhowmick

Animal Bag inspired by Australian artist Pete Cromer. In this workshop your child will choose one of his many animals to paint onto their own drawstring bag.

Yoga with Hazel - Run by Yoga Hazel Founder Hazel Gomez

Fun yoga sessions to encourage childrens creativity, including breathwork, asanas and postures as well as mindfulness activities and relaxation.

Stop Motion Animation with Jess - Run by The London Lens Project

In this workshop your child will learn how to create unique animations using playdough and lego.

The children will have access to state of the art cameras for shooting their animations and a simple but extremely creative editing suite where kids will be able to add voice overs, music, titles, text, sound effects, adjust speed, green screens and more!

LUNCH: 12:30pm-1:30pm

All age groups.

AFTERNOON: 1:30pm-3:30pm (1 workshop)

Children should wear appropriate clothing, we can get messy so old clothes should be worn. We do not provide aprons and art materials can stray from time to time!

Children should bring a healthy NUT FREE packed lunch and snacks for the day, named water bottle and coat/ jacket.

PARKING

South Ealing Road carpark,  the roads nearby are permit parking at some times otherwise it's free outside of those. There is also paid parking nearby.
